In episode 44 of the Growth Series podcast, Andy Millard, Corporate Account Manager at Accord Mortgages and Dominic Hodge, Mortgage Propositions Manager at PRIMIS, discuss how they have adapted to the Covid-19 pandemic, both at work and at home. Dominic has risen up the ranks in the mortgages sector since starting as an office junior, even choosing not to go to university to keep progressing in an industry he loves.

This is the second episode of our ‘Supporting clients through change’’ series, and follows on from our ‘Adapting to change’ series we did during the Covid-19 lockdown. This new series looks at how brokers can move forward as the lockdown eases.

In this episode, Andy and Dominic cover the “new normal”, outlining the challenges - and benefits - this has brought to the mortgage community. They also discuss how quickly their lives and the industry changed when lockdown measures were introduced at the end of March. Dominic shares his personal experience of work during lockdown, juggling his role with his personal obligations to his family.

Towards the end of this light-hearted chat, Dominic and Andy even delve into the state of their hair 14 weeks after barbers shops first closed their doors.
